Project Planning

All design projects are a combination of creation and order, the famous dialogue between form and function. MizMa Design offers the knowledge and expertise in managing each project from the onset with quality control of deadlines, costs, communication, and integration between client, designer, consultants, and contractors. We enjoy being fully part of every process.

Residential

Many factors influence the design of a home, but it ultimately comes down to the community, site conditions and the client. We work in capturing the essence of the project whether it is the local vernacular, or in capturing the views of the surrounding, and often the client’s reasons for building or remodeling or a lifestyle change. We relish each project’s core which established the starting point for the design.

Interior Design

Sharabella’s initial conversations with clients often result in artistic sketches, which provide the basis for the drawings. Our goal is to collaborate with clients to pinpoint their aesthetic style and daily needs. Our efforts is to painstakingly plans interiors for maximum comfort and beauty; often with unique details that make the space one-of-a-kind. The result is a set of meticulous construction drawings that depict an environment designed specifically with the clients’ lifestyle in mind.

Hospitality

We have extensive training and knowledge in conceptualizing spaces and requirements for optimal satisfaction. Our hospitality services centers primarily on restaurants, cafés, bars, lounges, spas, among others. We work with the scope of work, budget, and space planning requirements. We strive to bring balance between the beauty and top-notch functionality to create spaces that both business owners and customers will love.

Remodeling

MizMa Design offers design services from concept to total renovation & remodeling bringing aesthetics and function together. We start with a conceptual design working together, coordinating expectations, with budget and vision for a successful project. We provide designs of varying styles based on clients needs and our remodel expertise expand the design spectrum from contemporary to traditional to transitional.

Commercial

MizMa Design takes on varying commercial projects including Retail, Offices, salons, and more. We are keen to inject culture and personality into each professional space. We manage the process of building as applies to the project and deliver results. We embraces each project with an open and fresh viewpoint. The forms that emerge from our design process are not based on a set style, but are a direct reflection of a design exploration we undertake with each of our clients.
